Caregivers Support Group
Currently we have a Caregivers Yoga class - Studies show that yoga targets stress by lifting mood, allowing for increased mindfulness, and increasing self-compassion.
Peer Support Program
Connects persons with lived experiences with an individual who is living with the effects of acquired brain injury who requires the support. This program is available to survivors.
Peer Support matches are time specific and are made based on similar experiences, needs and personal interests.

This group alternates between having a coffee and small snack and a walking group.
